La KeyConductor garde un historique complet des entrées et sorties des clés. L’enregistrement de vos clés est ainsi toujours à jour. Vous pouvez afficher l’historique à tout instant sur l’écran ou bien le transférer sur une clé USB. Pour récupérer des clés, les employés s’identifient dans le système en utilisant le clavier et l’écran intégré au KeyConductor. Les clés (ou trousseaux de clés) pour lesquels ils disposent d’une autorisation s’allument et se déverrouillent.
A la restitution des clés, l’utilisateur scanne le code-barres mentionné sur le KeyCop au moyen du scanner de codes-barres intégré. L’emplacement où la clé doit être remise en place, s’allume. Une fois la clé raccrochée, le verrouillage du KeyCop est immédiatement réactivé, ce qui empêche que ce dernier soit retiré ou raccroché à un autre emplacement. La KeyConductor conserve un historique complet des clés retirées et restituées.
Si votre utilisation est plus importante, vous pouvez ajouter des fonctionnalités supplémentaires à votre KeyConductor, par exemple la technologie RFID.
